They work alongside you at all stages and provide solutions to any problem/issue that arise. They are competent, mindful and very professional. I am now the proud owner of a stellar kitchen that is superior to none. Nana, Tony and Joe - what a team !!!! You have outdone yourselves I am so impressed!!! The quality and standard of materials that they use are of a high standard along with the workmanship they have created my vision. They worked within the budget that was stated and surprisingly i got more value than I could of hoped. I can not compare this to any other as there is no comparison on that level. I thank God that I did not go down the obvious retail options that I had explored. I would highly recommend Herts kitchens and bedrooms to anyone that wishes to add value to their home. Best kitchen design & fit experience out there! I cannot recommend Tony and the team highly enough. Tony got involved with our project from the early stages and really was on had every step of the way. We didn’t just get a kitchen design and that was it, we got input, ideas & well thought out options that adapted with our build and progress. Tony was always on hand to help with questions and drop off samples! When it came to picking finishes and appliances we were guided through well & our budget was always kept in mind. Finally after persevering with our build delays - the team finally were able to fit our dream kitchen - they were amazing! The finish is brilliant and they came up with solutions for an odd-shaped kitchen and helped us with finishing touches we never knew were possible. Finally - they haven’t just left us in the lurch. They are on hand for any questions we have had post-completion and trouble shooting has been really great! Thank you for being on call pretty much the whole way though Tony as well as working with my ‘baby brain’ moments & thanks to the whole team as well! You have all be brilliant! Beautiful and great quality kitchen We absolutely love our new kitchen and Tony was extremely helpful throughout the planning of it. He has helped us create a beautiful spacious well designed family kitchen with amazing quality units that everyone comments on. The quality of the wood and finish really is excellent especially with small kids and sticky fingers! Tony went above and beyond to make sure I got the kitchen I envisioned and within our budget.
